These don't come along very often, so please...feel free to bask in the glory!

HA! OK, only kidding! Though...it does seem like I spend a lot of time CASEing or using sketches. Every once in a while I get struck by genius and actually create something that just popped into my head.

Today you get to see this:

I created it a little while ago, but don't think I ever showed it to you here on my blog. The set is called "Party this Way" and it's in the big Idea Book and Catalogue. Until the end of March though, you can ALSO get it as a FREE set with a purchase of $60 because it's SALE-a-BRATION!

I think this card is versatile enough to be a card for just about anyone! Boy, girl, young, old - this is the card!

3-D Thursday - Gift Bags

We all make our own cards, right? So why go out and get a store bought gift bag? Why not make your own???

Recently, DS attended a birthday party for a friend of his. I had the card all sorted out - thank goodness for Extreme Elements and Grunge Rock - but I needed a bag too. As mentioned in yesterday's post, I'll be at the Creativ Festival with my Caroline next weekend (this weekend I'm prepping for VEGAS BABY!!!) and I'll have some hand made items for sale. In order to get ready for that, I bought some Kraft coloured bags to decorate. I just pulled one out of that stash and went to work.

Here's what I came up with:

I used Party This Way on the outside of the bag. The Extreme Elements are Grunge Rock were reserved for the card (sorry, no pic of that).
