Good Neighbours - Again

Here is another Good Neighbours card that I made. This one was definitely quick and easy!
I just cut out the Top Note from the Welcome Neighbour paper pack which you can earn with your Sale-a-Bration purchase.

The images were all stamped using In Colours.
